Entry - Mid Level Role

We charge a flat percentage (typically 15% of annual salary) for entry to mid-level candidates. Entry level is starting point of career, could be first time job or early in career (usually Representatives, Inside sales, Associates, Administration, Accounting). Mid Level roles require some problem solving, responsibility, and more experience / time in role (Specialists, Analysts, Outside sales, Accountants

Senior Level roles and Managerial

We charge a flat percentage (typically 20% of annual salary) for entry to Senior Level roles and Managerial candidates which may typically include Operations, HR, Finance, Analysts, Project Management and Managers.
